*C-21, after 3 years, you still haven't addressed this. Meanwhile, I am finishing year 3 in the house I rented through Dede's. I've paid about $95,000 in rent. Never late on rent, very quiet and peaceful tenants, keep yard and garden well-tended, dogs are never allowed to nuisance bark and have had zero accidents in the house. When I sought a rental through your company, my credit score was excellent and my rental history stellar. I had been in my profession 8 years, had attended local schools, and worked in Sonoma County for 6 years. Whether or not you choose to acknowledge me, I hope you have addressed this issue internally, because your team handled this poorly and needlessly caused stress in people's lives. * I work nights and weekends so I was not able to go to their open houses. I did leave several messages but I never got a call back. I found a rental through Dede's rentals in Santa Rosa. I have been in this beautiful rental home with my family, including pets! for *3 years and plan on renewing for another year with Dede's this month. I am an essential employee and have not lost work because of the pandemic. I also pay my rent more than a week in advance almost every month and my rent is never late. Not everyone works realtor's hours, especially healthcare professionals and first responders. I expected more professionalism than Bundesen could give. I am more than satisfied with what I found without them.

We have been working with Century 21 Bundesen office now for a few years. Their staff is great and their Realtors are knowledgeable and they take good care of their clients. We love working with their team.

If you rent from these middle men, remember you are an expenditure, not the client. The client is the owner of the house and the middle man seeks to keep its clients. You pay the middle man to pay the client. Your interests are not of importance to either the middle man or the client. The middle man has littler middle men and women who work for them. Together, they create a middle space between you and the client. From here on out, its gets complicated but remember, your interests are not of importance to the middle man or the client. Don't use middlemen.
